Very nice place, and at the airport I have to confess that I was quite surprise with the level of organization. They were very good handling everything.
On the way to the hotel, we could see that it is a very poor city. Public transportation in a complete ruin, people trying to make an extra dollar by selling what they could in every light stop. Struggling for survival...
